Graphene infusion into the viscoelastic foam provides a large increase in thermal conductivity by combining the open cells of the CoolFlow ™ viscoelastic foam with the graphene superconductivity.
The polymer structure of each open cell increases by 95% at circulation of a foam. The incorporation of the graphene hyperconductor, a material with a conductive capacity ten thousand times greater than that of the conventional foam, directly influences the increase of the thermal conductivity of the viscoelastic foam.
Graphene infusion significantly improves the heat transfer when the foam is compressed restricting the circulation of air, which helps in the transfer of heat by convection. This improvement is successful when the individual particles of graphene are compressed together forming a bead which conducts heat transfer towards the non-compressed foam parts where the heat is released through the convection.
This model has the particularity of having a topper with more height of graphene, which greatly increase the comfort level.
